What is CEAT TEST

CEAT – Common eligibility and aptitude test is a 1 hour and 30 minutes test which consists of 90 multiple choice questions. 20% weightage is dedicated to each section namely ” GK and Current Alfairs Creativity and Qeen Thinking Numerical Reasoning Logical Reasoning Verbal Reasoning We, at CEAT, do not encourage negative marking for wrong answers.

Before giving CEAT TEST

You must read carefully the instructions given below and ensure to confirm the time of your login to take the Test in order to have a smooth exam conduction. Steps to Start the Test: Go to https://www.btechguru.com/recruitment.php

Click on “GIVE TEST NOW ” for the test You will be redirected to the webcam instructions page.

  • Read all the instructions carefully and click on the “NEXT” button.
  • After that, you will be redirected to the instructions page.
  • You have to read all the instructions before starting the test.
  • You will be redirected to the test window.
  • Here, you can read the question and select the correct options.
  • You can view the instructions during the test by clicking on the Instruction tab on the top right side.
  • Don’t try to switch your tab to another website or screen or use mobile as the test is proctored and may disqualify you, if the candidate uses another tab or uses mobile or talk during the test. In this case your test will automatically end.
  • Do not leave your test in between as it will be auto-submitted and you will be disqualified Once you have attempted all the questions, click on the “END TEST” button and confirm You will get a success message after test submission results will be discussed in parent interaction round.
  • The result will be emailed on your registered email id post parent interaction

 

*Note: Use of Calculator is not allowed during the Test. Blank paper & Pen can be used for calculation & rough work. 

 

Software/Hardware Requirement to run Image proctored test for CEAT TEST
  • The minimum required bandwidth is 1.0 MBPS of internet speed on each machine. (test may work on lower internet speed as well but performance may be slow)
  • Machine Configuration: RAM – Minimum 2GB, Processor Speed- 1.5 GHz and above.
  • Preferred Operating System – Windows. Preferred Browser for the test is updated Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
  • As this is an image proctoring test, a webcam is required in order to take the test.
  • If the webcam is not available, the candidate will not be able to start the test.
  • Before the test starts, the system will ask permission to use the webcam, the candidate has to allow access to the webcam in order to start the test.
